วิธีการส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด
ผู้เข้าสมัครสามารถสมัครเข้าร่วมประกวดได้สองรูปแบบได้แก่

สมัครผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์
1. เข้าเว็บไซต์ www.gitwjda.com/application กรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน และอัปโหลดรูปผลงานการออกแบบให้ครบถ้วน
2. ภาพผลงานจะต้องมีความละเอียด (Resolution) อย่างน้อย 300 DPI *ห้ามใส่ ชื่อ-นามสกุล และประวัติของผู้เข้าประกวดลงบนภาพผลงาน
3. เมื่อกรอกข้อมูลครบถ้วนแล้วให้กด ‘ส่งใบสมัคร’
4. ผู้เข้าสมัครจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันการสมัครหากสมัครเสร็จสมบูรณ์
5. *หากไม่ได้รับอีเมลยืนยัน กรุณาสมัครอีกครั้ง หรือแจ้งแอดมินผ่านทางเพจเฟซบุ๊ค www.facebook.com/gitwjda
ส่งใบสมัครทางไปรษณีย์แบบ EMS หรือส่งด้วยตนเอง
1. ดาวน์โหลดและปริ้นท์ใบสมัครจากเว็บไซต์ www.gitwjda.com/application (กดไปที่ปุ่มสีแดงด้านซ้ายมือ) โดยสามารถปริ้นท์เป็น ขาว-ดำ หรือ สี
2. กรอกข้อมูลในใบสมัครให้ครบถ้วนโดยเขียนด้วยตัวบรรจง
3. จัดส่งใบสมัครพร้อมผลงานมาทางไปรษณีย์ หรือมาส่งด้วยตนเองที่สถาบัน รายละเอียดที่อยู่ตามด้านล่าง
4. คุณฐิตินทรีย์ ลีลาวัฒนสุข (ฝ่ายฝึกอบรม) สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาอัญมณีและครื่องประดับแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) 140 อาคารไอทีเอฟ-ทาวเวอร์ ชั้นที่ 3 ถนนสีลม แขวงสุริยวงศ์ เขตบางรัก กรุงเทพมหานคร 10500 (โดยระบุหน้ากล่อง/ซองว่า ส่งประกวด)
5. *กรณีส่งผลงานมาทางไปรษณีย์หรือมาส่งด้วยตนเอง ผลงานจะต้องส่งมาถึงที่สถาบัน

หลักเกณฑ์ในการส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด

ออกแบบผลงานแบบวาดที่ตรงกับหัวข้อ จำนวนไม่ต่ำกว่า ๓ ชิ้นใน ๑ ชุดหรือคอลเลคชั่น โดยต้องมีสร้อยคอ ร่วมกับเครื่องประดับชนิดอื่นๆ เช่น ต่างหู แหวน กำไล เป็นต้น
ผู้เข้าประกวดสามารถส่งผลงานได้ทั้งภาพวาดลงสีสวยงาม ไม่จำกัดเทคนิค หรือภาพที่เขียนจากโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์
ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดสามารถประกอบด้วยอัญมณีชนิดใดก็ได้ และ/หรืออาจนำวัสดุใหม่ๆ อาทิเช่น ไม้ พลาสติก เรซิ่น เทคนิคการเย็บปักถักร้อย หรือนวัตกรรมใดๆ เข้ามาประยุกต์ใช้ในผลงาน ซึ่งต้องสามารถผลิตได้จริงและสามารถจำหน่ายได้ในอุตสาหกรรมอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ
ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดทุกชิ้นต้องเป็นผลงานใหม่ ไม่ลอกเลียนแบบมาหรือละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ผู้อื่น ไม่เคยผลิตไว้จำหน่าย และต้องไม่เคยผ่านการประกวด หรือชนะการประกวดใดๆมาก่อน
ผู้เข้าประกวดสามารถส่งผลงานได้ คนละไม่เกิน ๓ ชุดหรือคอลเลคชั่น

*การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Submission Channels
There are 2 ways to submit your design, details as follow:

Online Submission
1. Visit our website www.gitwjda.com/application , insert all mandatory information and upload your design image
2. All images submitted must be at least 300 DPI resolution *
3. Click “Send Submission” after all information and images is being inserted
4. Applicants will receive a confirmation email from GITWJDA regarding their application
5. in the case that the applicant did not receive an confirmation email, the applicant must re-submit their application or contact our staff for help via our facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/gitwjda
Self-submission or by Postal Service
1. Download and print the submission form via www.gitwjda.com/application www.gitwjda.com/application (red button on the left-hand side) printable in black & white or color
2. Attached the submission form with your design images
3. Submit your design in person or send your design via postal service to the institute, details below:
  Mrs. Thitintharee Leelawatanasuk (Training Center) The Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (Public Organization) 140 ITF-Tower Building, 3rd Floor Silom Road, Suriyawong, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand (Please write “For Jewelry Design Contest” in front of the package)
4. *Please ensure that your package is packed properly

Submission Requirement

Submit a minimum of three (3) jewelry design sketches per set or collection under the competition theme. The set must include at least one necklace and may include other jewelry types such as earrings, rings, bracelets, etc.
Submissions can be in the form of hand-drawn and colored sketches (any technique) or digital renderings created using computer software.
Designs may incorporate any type of gemstones and/or innovative materials such as wood, plastic, resin, embroidery, or other techniques, provided the piece is feasible for real production and suitable for commercial sale in the gem and jewelry industry.
All submitted works must be original and never copied, produced, commercially sold, or submitted to any other competition (past or present).
Each contestant may submit no more than three (3) sets or collections.

*The decision of the judging committee is considered final

รายละเอียดข้อมูลและหลักเกณฑ์ (การประกวดพลอยเจียระไน)

ผู้เข้าแข่งขันสามารถใช้พลอยสังเคราะห์ (Synthetic Gemstone) หรือ พลอยเนื้ออ่อน (Semi – precious Stone) ไม่จำกัดสี เจียระไนเป็นรูปทรง Cushion ไม่จำกัดจำนวนเหลี่ยมเจียระไน (Mixed cut หรือ Fancy cut) ขนาดความยาวประมาณ ๒๕ มิลลิเมตร
ผู้เข้าแข่งขันสามารถส่งพลอยเข้าร่วมประกวดได้ไม่เกิน ๒ เม็ด
พลอยทุกเม็ดต้องบรรจุกล่องให้เรียบร้อย โดยมีรายละเอียด ได้แก่ ชื่อผู้เจียระไน ชื่อบริษัทสังกัด (ถ้ามี) ชนิดพลอย ขนาดระบุหน่วยเป็นมิลลิเมตร และน้ำหนักระบุเป็นกะรัต โดยแนบพร้อมกับบรรจุภัณฑ์
สามารถส่งด้วยตนเองที่ ฝ่ายฝึกอบรม ชั้น ๓ สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาอัญมณีและครื่องประดับแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ ส่งไปรษณีย์แบบ EMS มาที่ คุณธนัท พัชรานุกูล ๑๔o อาคารไอทีเอฟ-ทาวเวอร์ ชั้นที่ ๓ ฝ่ายฝึกอบรม สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาอัญมณีและครื่องประดับแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) ถนนสีลม แขวงสุริยวงศ์ เขตบางรัก กรุงเทพมหานคร ๑o๕oo (โดยระบุหน้ากล่องว่า ส่งประกวด)

หมายเหตุ

ผลงานทุกชิ้นเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ยกเว้นผู้สร้างสรรค์ที่อยู่ภายใต้สังกัด, หน่วยงานหรือบริษัท ความเป็นเจ้าของสิทธิ์ขึ้นอยู่กับการตกลงของทั้งสองฝ่ายเท่านั้น
ผู้ชนะการประกวดยินยอมให้สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) เป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ในผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัลทุกชิ้นงานตามพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอม หรืออนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับแห่งชาติ (องค์การมหาชน) เป็นกรณีไป
ผลงานที่ได้รับคัดเลือก นักออกแบบที่เป็นเจ้าของผลงานจะต้องเข้าร่วมงานประกาศผลและมอบรางวัลแก่ผู้ชนะเลิศ ภายในพิธีมอบรางวัล ณ ศูนย์การค้าสยามพารากอน มิเช่นนั้นจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์
∙ ผลงานทุกชิ้นที่ส่งเข้าประกวด สถาบันมีสิทธิ์ในการจัดพิมพ์เผยแพร่ผลงานในสูจิบัตร และเอกสารสิ่งพิมพ์หรือสื่อสารสนเทศทุกชนิด
∙ สถาบันอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง วัน-เวลา หรือ สถานที่ ในการจัดกิจกกรมต่างๆ ซึ่งจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
∙ สถาบันขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเปลี่ยนกติกา เงื่อนไข และของรางวัลโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

GIT’s World Challenge Gems Faceting Master 2025

Participants must submit their entries along with the application form either by post or in person at the GIT headquarters. Application forms can be downloaded at www.gitwjda.com

Entry Requirements

Entries may use synthetic or semi-precious stones of any color, faceted in a cushion shape, approximately 25 mm in length.
Each participant may submit up to 2 gemstones.
Each stone must be securely packed with details: cutter’s name, company (if applicable), type of gemstone, dimensions (mm), and weight (carats).
Submissions can be delivered in person to GIT Training Department, 3rd Floor, or mailed (EMS) to Mr. Thanat Patcharanukul, 3rd Floor, Training Department, GIT, 140 ITF Tower, Silom Road, Suriyawong, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500 (Label the package: 'For Competition Submission')

Remarks

All entries remain the copyright of the creator unless agreed otherwise with the affiliated organization.
Winners agree to transfer copyright of the awarded works to GIT unless otherwise granted in writing by GIT.
Finalists must attend the award ceremony at Siam Paragon; absence will result in forfeiture.
GIT reserves the right to publish selected entries in catalogs, print, and digital media.
Event schedule, venue, and rules are subject to change with prior notice.
GIT reserves the right to amend rules, conditions, and prizes without prior announcement.
